Berniece Glendora Oscarson Braaten of Fargo, formerly of Kindred, passed away on January 14, 2014, surrounded by family. She was born to Oscar & Louise Oscarson on June 7, 1914, at their home near Colfax, ND. She was baptized in Stearns Lutheran Church by Pastor Engebretson June 21, 1914 and confirmed June 2, 1928, in Richland Lutheran Church by Pastor Nelson. Berniece loved school and attended Richland County schools and graduated from Christine High School with honors. She was trained as a nurse and worked at the Fargo Hospital.
