Shannon L. Jacobson, 69, Hendrum resident, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 in hospice care at her home with her loving family by her side. Shannon was born in Minneapolis on October, 22 1944 the daughter of Roy and Evelyn (Knutson) Lundgren. She married Curtis Abel on December 8, 1961 in Detroit Lakes, MN. They had one daughter, Melonie Kricket Turnboom born August 22, 1962.
