Vivian R. Penner, 80, Fargo passed away Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Villa Maria Nursing Home, Fargo. Vivian was born March 5, 1932 in Crete, ND to Arthur and Matilda (Luttman) Bruns. She graduated from Stirum High School in 1949. She worked in Gwinner for a few months upon graduating, before attending North Dakota Normal and Industrial School at Ellendale. She taught in two different rural country schools near Stirum. Vivian married Lorrin Meyer on October 3, 1954 in Immanuel Lutheran Church, rural Stirum. Lorrin passed away on November 6, 1970. Vivian married Abe Penner on October 28, 1971 in Grace Lutheran Church, Fargo.
