C. "Dale" Churchill, 80, Grand Forks, ND passed away on Saturday, December 22, 2012 in Altru Hospital, Grand Forks surrounded by his family. Charles Dale Churchill was born on September 3, 1932 the son of Charles "Champ" and Daisy (Miller) Churchill in Grand Forks. He graduated from Central High School, Grand Forks in 1950 and attended the University of North Dakota where he was a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. Dale graduated in 1954 from UND with a degree in accounting. He entered the US Air Force serving from 1955 to 1957. In May of 1956, Dale and Clarice Pals were married in Valley City, ND.
