Luther passed away on December 11, 2013 at Sanford Health in Fargo surrounded by his family. Luther was born on December 7, 1954, the son of Elmer and Lucille (Meyer) Fragodt, in Bertha, MN. He grew up in this area and received his education, graduating from Clarissa High School in Clarissa, MN.
