Harland John Beach-loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle and friend-passed away peacefully at his home on September 22, 2013. Harland was a longtime resident and entrepreneur in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Harland was born on August 19, 1923, in Long Prairie, MN, to Emma (Schroeder) and Roland Beach. He was raised in Long Prairie and often told stories about his mischievous childhood adventures. Harland enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Corps in May 1943 and served his country during World War II. He was honorably discharged in October 1945.
