William John "Bill" Klosterman, Sr., 85, of Wyndmere, N.D., died surrounded by his beloved wife, Florence and all his children at 11:00 a.m., Sunday, September 8, 2013, at St. Francis Hospital, Breckenridge, Minnesota. Funeral mass will be Thursday, September 12, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Wyndmere, ND with Fr. Len Loegering as celebrant. Burial will be at St. John's Cemetery, Wyndmere with military honors by the Wyndmere American Legion Brown Nelson Post #153 & the North Dakota National Guard. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 11, 2013 from 5-7 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. all at St. John the Baptist Church. Pallbearers are: Tony Schmit, Nicky Schmit, Michael Kidd, Jim Meiers, Claire Chamley & Emma Meiers. Honorary pallbearers are: Anyone who called him friend. Organist will be Kairouan Moffet with special music by Ellen Chamley. Bill was born on February 17, 1928 at Wyndmere, North Dakota. He was the son of Joseph J. Klosterman and Celia Hedrick. He had four older brothers and sisters: Eugene (who was married to Marie Kuchera), Eleanore (who was married to Nicholas Schmit), James ("Jim", married to Ruth Luidahl), and Ellrene (married to Toby Pinkham). All Bill's brothers, sisters and parents preceded him in death.
