Douglas "Doug" Ray Neibauer, 63, passed away unexpectedly on September 6, 2013. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 AM at Spirit of Life Catholic Church in Mandan with Rev. Msgr. Chad Gion officiating. Burial will be at the ND Veterans Cemetery.
