David Lynn Butenhoff, 60, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 30 at his lake home on Lake Lizzie in Pelican Rapids, MN a place that he loved dearly. David Lynn Butenhoff was born on September 6, 1952. He was born in Fargo, ND to Leonard "Butch" and Alice Maie (Rawalt) Butenhoff. He grew up on the family farm northwest of Barnesville and attended Barnesville High School and graduated in 1970. Dave also attended Moorhead Technical College and graduated with an Auto Mechanics degree in 1972.
