Neil J. Wiltse, 89 of Fargo, died Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at Essentia Health in Fargo. Neil was born March 13, 1924 to Urban and Irene Wiltse in Lethbridge, Alberta. He grew up in New Rockford, ND, and Moorhead, MN, graduating from Moorhead High in 1942. During school, he worked for a telegraph company in Moorhead, where he rode his bike and delivered singing telegrams.
