Perry Steven Marthaller, 55 of Fargo passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 30, 2013, surrounded by family and people who loved him. Perry was born April 15, 1958 in Bismarck, ND and raised in Fargo. He overcame many of the challenges of Downs Syndrome and lived a full, independent, happy life.
