Duane Sondeland, 79 of Fargo, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 6, 2013 surrounded by his loving family, at Eventide Care Center in Moorhead, after fighting a courageous battle with brain cancer. Duane was born March 21, 1934 in Grafton, ND to Elmer and Josephine (Misialek) Sondeland. He attended school in Grafton, graduating from high school in 1952. Duane was a member of the ND National Guard from 1954-1960. He married Bonnie Duff of Hoople, ND on July 14, 1956.
