Judy Fandrich, age 60, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday March 16, 2013, at Carrington Health Center after a courageous three year battle with cancer. Judy Kay VandeHoven, the daughter of Henry (Hank) and Doris VandeHoven, was born at the hospital in Carrington, ND, on September 12, 1952. On April 21, 1979, Judy was united in marriage to Michael Fandrich.
