Lorraine "Rainie" Eleanor Moen, 88, West Fargo, ND, treasured wife, mother and grandmother, passed into the arms of her Lord and Savior on February 24, 2013, at Bethany on University, Fargo, ND, with her husband by her side. Lorraine Carpenter was born November 19, 1924 in Moorhead, MN. She worked at Concordia College and later in area elementary schools in food service, where she blessed many with her hospitality gifts and love of people.
