Victor L. Wolf, 71, of Esmond, ND, passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at the home of his daughter Joy and Robbie Perlichek in Burlington, ND after battling cancer for three and a half years. Victor was born on April 26, 1941 to John & Katie (Vetter) Wolfe in Esmond, ND. Following graduation from Esmond High School in 1959, he ventured to California and worked at a fertilizer packaging plant for a short time. Upon returning to North Dakota he married MaryElaine Dorscher, the love of his life, on October 17, 1960. They celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary prior to MaryElaine's death in April of 2001. The couple made their home on a farm west of Esmond where they farmed and ranched until Victor's health diminished.
