Jessie Jenee Struble, 83, formerly of Pelican Rapids, MN, died on Sunday, February 3, 2013, at Bethany on 42nd in Fargo, ND, under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley. Jessie was born on November 10, 1929, in Siren, WI to Edward and Bertha (Wilkens) Struble. She grew up and graduated from Lake Park High School in 1947 and from Moorhead State Teacher's College in 1951. She married Dean Barr on June 17, 1951 at Lake Park Lutheran Church.
