Sharon Peige Dakken, 66 of Mayville, ND died Saturday, January 19, 2013 at her home under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley. Sharon was born January 13, 1947 in Mayville, ND to Klarius and Joyce (Larson) Balstad. She attended grade school in Portland, ND and graduated from Mayville High School. She attended Mayville State College for 2 years.
